1. Appointment scheduling: Clients are required to book an appointment in advance. Same-day or walk-in appointments may be available, but it depends on the clinic's availability.
2. Cancellation and rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Late notice or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
3. Deposit: At Snug Aesthetics we require a deposit to secure the appointment, which will be used towards the service cost or forfeited in case of cancellation.
4. Consultation: Clients may be required to attend a consultation before the appointment date to discuss their desired treatment and health history.
5. Payment: Payment is due on the day of the appointment. At Snug Aesthetics we accept cash, credit card, or debit card, as well as Care Credit.
