Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tarleton State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University . With an MBA background and over 12 years of experience in hospital leadership and operations, Marcus brings a strategic, systems-driven approach to the business while maintaining a people-first mindset. His experience in healthcare operations allows Snug to function with the same level of structure, compliance, and excellence found in large medical organizations — while preserving the warmth and personal touch of a boutique practice.
Marcus prides himself in being a servant and situational leader to his core. Regularly pulling from his deep experience and emotional intelligence to ensure success and optimal outcomes for the Snug employees and clients. He believes the strength of Snug lies in its people, and he puts both employees and clients at the forefront of every decision. Creating a culture built on trust, respect, and accountability is central to his leadership philosophy. You will regularly see Marcus rounding purposefully on the staff and clients of Snug Aesthetics. Marcus never forgets a name and loves to spend time learning about the people that make Snug special.
Outside of work, Marcus’ greatest love and passion is time spent with his wife and children. You will regularly see this Hickman family out making memories in the Fort Worth community and never far away from a fishing hole.
